Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in healthcare, biomedical engineering, medical devices or laboratory environments.
• Experience working with laboratory customers and knowledge of the diagnostics market.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and implementation of GeneXpert systems with site assessments and connectivity setup.
• Deliver customer training and ongoing technical guidance for instruments, software, assays, reagents and connectivity solutions.
• Provide field service, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment relocations and system upgrades.
• Act as the primary customer contact for technical and administrative matters, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage spare parts and field inventory to ensure availability and uninterrupted support.
