Galen College of Nursing seeks an Instructional Technology Support Specialist to deliver direct LMS support, course staging, and technical assistance for faculty and deans. You will configure courses, monitor standards, and help ensure seamless delivery of online, hybrid, and web-enhanced classes.

Work from home with two shift options; a strong emphasis on collaboration with online teams, campus staff, and instructional design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with a learning management system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HTML.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible weekend support.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with deans, faculty and design team to ensure courses are accessible and functional.
• Provide staging course setup support to online faculty.
• Review staging and live courses for syllabus alignment and accuracy.
• Update course content, rubrics and gradebook configuration as directed.
• Support ground-based testing and instructional classroom technology.
• Work with online and campus teams to support LMS usage and course standards.
• Create How-To videos and prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports.
• Provide Tier 1 support through OSTickets.
