Galen College of Nursing is seeking a Content Enrichment Specialist to focus on retaining at‑risk students by providing structured academic support and growth resources. You will deliver timely interventions and partner with faculty to promote student success across campus programs.

The role offers a primarily remote schedule with on‑site support as needed to assist campus activities, meetings, and events. Excellent communication and data‑driven planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Previous teaching experience.
• Ability to assist students in anatomy, nursing, and basic mathematics.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct academic support for at-risk students, including group and one-on-one enrichment.
• Develop interventions based on assessment methods to improve student success.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to promote resources for student success.
• Monitor retention data and develop interventions in partnership with student affairs.
• Maintain documentation of all student interactions in the SIS.
• Other duties as assigned.
