Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking educators to deliver specially designed instruction for students with active IEPs and to develop data-driven lessons across literacy, math, executive functioning, and life skills. You will manage IEPs, coordinate with teams, and perform progress monitoring through virtual platforms.

The role requires an Arizona/MS/SD Endorsement, experience with diverse student populations, and strong collaboration with families and schools. Expect 15+ hours weekly during traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona educator license or certification with a Moderate/Severe Disabilities, PreK-12 Endorsement.
• Experience in self-contained classrooms and school-based specially designed instruction.
• Experience supporting diverse student populations.
• Strong collaborative communication skills with IEP teams, families, and students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specially designed instruction and compensatory education services for students with active IEPs.
• Develop data-driven, individualized lessons in literacy, foundational math, executive functioning, and functional life skills.
• Create, manage, and monitor student IEPs while handling case management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, including teachers, parents, and students, to tailor instruction.
• Administer screenings, conduct progress monitoring, and complete formal outcomes assessments.
• Provide virtual instruction using meeting platforms and instructional technology.
• Coordinate service schedules and maintain required documentation and compliance records.
