Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist to provide content-specific training and guidance for the implementation of our core, blended and online learning programs. This remote-friendly role supports districts, schools, and educators across the U.S.

The position reports to the Professional Learning Solutions Director. Compensation includes base pay between $65,972 and $75,000 per year, with incentive/bonus potential and travel up to 60% (90% at seasonal peaks).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field with 5+ years in blended/online learning.
• Teaching certification required; master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience delivering professional development and training in education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fee-based, engaging presentations in person and virtually.
• Develop professional learning plans and support clients through renewal.
• Prepare sessions including outcomes, travel, and materials.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales in a matrixed team.
• Manage multiple districts and travel during seasonal peaks.
