Job summary

HMH is seeking an Instructional Coach to deliver professional learning sessions for K-12 education. This role involves virtual and onsite training, supporting educators to improve instructional practices and increase student achievement.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of teaching experience, along with 3 years of mentoring and coaching teachers. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably a Master’s. The role demands flexibility, collaboration, and a solid command of English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of teaching experience required.
• 3+ years experience mentoring and/or coaching teachers and/or leaders is essential.
• Must have a strong command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality professional learning sessions online and in-person.
• Promote services, curriculum solutions, and resources as an HMH ambassador.
• Invest in learning for oneself and others while leading by example.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years teaching

Tech Savvy (Microsoft, Google Suite, Salesforce, Zoom)

Excellent organizational skills
