Job summary

Percepta is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement training for client programs. This remote role partners with clients and operations to analyze needs and deliver engaging learning experiences.

You will apply ADDIE and various authoring tools to create effective training, including new hire and cross-training content, with emphasis on measurable outcomes and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• ISD certifications are highly desirable.
• Certifications in design programs (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning objectives and outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external clients to create and edit training materials.
• Using Adult Learning Principles select effective instructional methods (eLearning, Self-Paced, ILT, or VILT).
• Design and develop facilitator and participant materials for new hire, continuous, and cross-training by project.
• Develop practical application scenarios including exercises, role-plays, case studies, games, and simulations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge artifacts for training and production.
• Develop and conduct Train-The-Trainer (TTT) sessions.
• Maintain source materials in SharePoint for future development.
