Job summary

Team Carney, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Instructional Designer to support NIC Curriculum Modernization, E-Learning Development, and Instructor-Led Training Revision.

This fully remote position requires 3+ years in instructional design, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proficiency with Articulate 360 and Lectora. You will design curricula, collaborate with SMEs, and apply ADDIE/SAM to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in instructional systems design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and ELB Gold Suite Studio (Lectora); familiarity with media integration and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance gaps to design instructional materials and performance support solutions.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM to conduct task analyses and develop competency-based curricula.
• Translate complex concepts into engaging digital and blended learning experiences with SMEs.
