Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of Instructional Development experience to include development of courseware, integrating graphics, multimedia, student engagement activities and evaluation.
• User-centered design for synchronous, asynchronous and remote delivery of learning products and systems.
• Foundational understanding of LMS features and usage.
• Project management experience in individual and team settings.
• Portfolio/Work Samples welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design best practices to create student-centered learning with objectives-based content and evaluation.
• Design, develop, and review courseware to meet ISD standards and business needs.
• Follow CTI and ALT team processes, standards and style guides.
• Organize and manage multiple projects and communicate with ISD leadership.
• Demonstrate accountability in prioritization and timely task completion.
• Utilize LMS to assign, load, and track courseware, manage users, run reports, and troubleshoot.
• Research new technologies and techniques in the learning community.
• Perform other duties as required.
