Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Graduate or Diploma in any field and a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer. Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail are essential. This is a remote position based in the USA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer & Instructional Designer.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual classroom software is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with healthcare domain experts to review and finalize content.
• Create innovative eLearning storyboards and instructional materials.
• Ensure quality of learning content by proofreading and verifying consistency.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers on content specifications.
• Conduct skill needs and task analysis to inform learning solutions.
