Percepta is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft and deliver engaging training content for client programs. The role emphasizes ADDIE-based design, eLearning creation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a remote-friendly setting.

You will develop learning objectives, instructional materials, and assessments, while applying adult learning principles to improve performance. Strong writing and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field and curriculum design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning objectives and outcomes.
• Create and edit training materials with clients.
• Select effective instructional methods (eLearning, ILT, VILT).
• Develop facilitator and participant materials for training projects.
• Create practical scenarios and exercises to reinforce learning.
• Develop and maintain knowledge artifacts for training.
• Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions.
• Maintain materials in SharePoint for future use.
• Plan and manage project timelines and client communications.
• Analyze performance gaps and measure training effectiveness.
