Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to join our Talent Management Team.

This individual contributor will design and develop impactful eLearning courses and training documents for an enterprise audience, with remote work options. Key responsibilities include creating course outlines and scripts, developing storyboards and multimedia assets, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure instruction aligns with Ryder's goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and at least 1 year of instructional design experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) required.
• Experience creating engaging eLearning using various media (video, microlearning).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses and training documents for enterprise audience.
• Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards and development artifacts.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build effective instructional resources.
• Apply learning theory to evaluate materials and delivery methods.
• Deliver design outputs on time with quality.
