• Identify needs, gaps, and define training solutions with SMEs.
• Develop content for webinars, modules, videos, and job aids.
• Create immersive learning experiences enabling software and process execution.
• Structure content for engaging learning using storytelling and scenarios.
• Manage multiple projects with stakeholders and timelines.
