Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training. You will work with SMEs to define objectives and create storyboards ensuring accessibility and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include delivering interactive content, improving design processes, and supporting trainer delivery across projects. Remote work is available from anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of instructional design experience.
• Expertise with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate and Captivate.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with goals.
• Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
• Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies.
• Facilitate course delivery and support Trainer the Trainer sessions when needed.
