Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Experienced Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs that address high-stakes initiatives and complex challenges in healthcare. You will mentor junior designers and drive innovation using video and eLearning module creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of instructional design, training, learning and development.
• Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate).
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of enterprise-wide training programs.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development.
• Drive innovation using cutting-edge tools and methodologies such as video and eLearning module creation.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable and impactful learning experiences.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, course content, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
• Facilitates course delivery as needed, particularly during Trainer the Trainer sessions and new course introductions.
