Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions to call center agents and other departments.
• Facilitate virtual programs to enhance skills and performance.
