Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education Technology or related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital content development.
Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop digital curriculum assets such as e-books, assessments, simulations, and interactive content.
Use UBD and other instructional models to design learning experiences.
Review and refine content storyboards for instructional effectiveness and engagement.
Partner with product management and content teams to optimize curriculum structure and delivery.
Lead digital content workflows through all stages of development.
