Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education Technology or related field is required.
• 2–5 years experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials.
• Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Experience using data and user research to refine learning experiences.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital curriculum assets (e-books, assessments, simulations, interactive content) using UBD and other models.
• Review and refine content storyboards for instructional effectiveness and engagement.
• Partner with product management and content teams to optimize curriculum structure and delivery.
• Lead content workflows across development stages; conduct user testing and analyze feedback.
• Provide informal training and mentoring to Associate Instructional Designers.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and usability; troubleshoot issues in authoring tools.
• Collaborate with vendors; manage launch meetings and content QA; create guidelines.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams to meet product requirements and schedules.
