Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning technologies, education, communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of experience developing digital learning resources or performance support tools for adult learners.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Synthesia, or similar tools.
• Experience creating multimedia assets (videos, graphics, job aids, templates).
• Familiarity with learning technologies, AI-enabled productivity tools, and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and evaluation practices.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and curate engaging learning resources and performance support tools.
• Create multimedia assets using authoring, design, and video production tools.
• Maintain and update existing learning materials for accuracy and accessibility.
• Support AI-enhanced learning solutions and workflows.
• Research learning needs and evaluate new technologies and approaches.
