Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced leader to drive product operations and commercial enablement for our institutional suite. You will collaborate with Product, BD, Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure readiness, launches, and ongoing excellence across the lifecycle of our institutional offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product operations, enablement, institutional support, or related roles in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of institutional clients across trading, financing, yield, custody, settlement.
• Experience supporting institutional pitches, commercial discussions, or solution-based selling.
• Ability to communicate product value propositions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across Product, BD/Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
• Proven ability to manage product readiness, processes, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and execution.
• Familiarity with digital assets and institutional workflows is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness and ongoing support for institutional products, ensuring processes, controls, documentation, and internal coordination are in place.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management.
• Work with Business Development to support client pitches, product positioning, and solution discussions.
• Translate product capabilities into clear client-facing value propositions, pitch materials, FAQs, and enablement content.
• Support institutional sales discussions by explaining workflows, product features, and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate across Product, BD, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Services for timely execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor product and operational performance, identify gaps, and drive process improvements.
• Maintain internal documentation, procedures, training materials, and launch checklists.
• Gather client and internal feedback to inform product improvements.
• Track metrics related to product adoption, onboarding, and service quality.
• Bridge between commercial and product teams to reflect market feedback in priorities.
