Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced leader to drive product operations and commercial enablement for its institutional product suite. You will work with Product, BD, Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to support readiness, client engagement, and go-to-market execution.

The role emphasizes translating product value for institutional clients, shaping pitch materials, and ensuring execution excellence across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product operations, enablement, institutional support, or related roles in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into client-facing value propositions.
• Strong coordination across Product, BD/Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness for institutional products and ensure documentation and processes are in place.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to support launches and lifecycle management.
• Support institutional client pitches, positioning, and solution discussions with BD teams.
• Translate product capabilities into client-facing value propositions, FAQs, and enablement content.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Services to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
• Track metrics on product adoption, onboarding, and service quality; drive improvements.
