Binance is seeking a seasoned Legal Operations professional in the United States to own contract execution, filing, and governance within a remote-friendly, results-driven environment.

You will streamline workflows, coordinate with Finance on billing, manage vendor onboarding and rate-card administration, and ensure compliance with external counsel guidelines while handling large datasets and spreadsheets.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in legal operations or related roles such as legal finance or contract management.
• Experience designing processes that handle high volumes of payment requests and documentation accurately.
• Fluency in English and confidence working with large datasets and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the contract execution and filing process end to end, so contracts are issued, recorded, and easy to retrieve.
• Oversee payment requests, invoice review, and budget tracking, working with Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Manage vendor onboarding, renewals, rate-card administration, and external legal counsel guidelines.
