Tether is seeking a highly driven USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, operational connectivity, and execution across core global corridors. Reporting to the Head of USAT Institutional, you will own high-priority workflows, bridge regional teams, and manage corridor partnerships from inception to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years in project management, business development, or operational execution within fintech or digital assets.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and coordinate regulatory workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Ramp connectivity and corridor optimization across high value corridors.
• Lead and execute local stablecoin FX pilots and establish milestone roadmaps.
• Manage geographic expansion projects, conduct market research, and source new corridor opportunities.
• Oversee institutional onboarding and operational execution with KPIs and cross-functional alignment.
