Tether is seeking a highly driven USAT Institutional Associate to accelerate market adoption, expand operations, and manage cross-border fintech initiatives. You will own critical workflows, bridge regional teams, and drive partnerships from concept to production, mentored to deliver high-impact output.

Ideal candidates have fintech and digital asset experience, strong project management skills, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced, globally remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business development, or operational execution in fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Ramp connectivity and corridor optimization with regional expansion leadership to drive global on/off-ramp connectivity.
• Analyze fiat and stablecoin liquidity to inform data-driven operational decisions.
• Lead local stablecoin FX pilots and plan transitions to production.
• Manage active geographic expansion projects and source new corridor opportunities.
• Oversee institutional onboarding, compliance, and KPI tracking for high-velocity workflows.
