Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• 5–10 years of investment industry experience, preferably with business development or consultant relations.
• CFA designation and/or MBA preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop distribution strategy and build relationships with investment consultants across research, field, OCIO, and senior management teams to promote RCIM and its investment capabilities.
• Identify, prospect, and call directly on institutional investors in the ERISA market to generate new mandates and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Investment Professionals, and Marketing to deliver impactful consultant presentations.
• Maintain understanding of clients and prospects, including their business strategy, asset allocation, and decision-makers.
• Work with external distribution partners to represent RCIM in the RI,A and Wirehouse channels.
