Job summary

Larson Capital Management LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development — RIA Distribution to build and lead the firm’s RIA channel nationwide. The role targets independent RIAs to allocate capital to private real estate offerings, requiring an expansive network, hunter instincts, and deep knowledge of alternative investments.

The position entails extensive travel, representation at conferences, and collaboration with marketing, IR, and investment teams to drive visible growth in capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance/Business/Economics or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of external-facing capital raising or RIA distribution experience with a demonstrated track record.
• Existing network of RIA relationships with the ability to activate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cultivate, and close relationships with independent RIAs.
• Build and own LCM’s RIA distribution channel from the ground up.
• Maintain and grow a geographic territory of RIA relationships; account for AUM raised and pipeline growth.
• Represent LCM at industry conferences and due diligence meetings to build brand awareness and distribution reach.
• Coordinate with marketing and investment teams to align messaging and collateral.
