Job summary

Larson Capital Management LLC seeks a Director of Business Development — RIA Distribution to lead the firm’s external capital formation nationwide. This leadership role requires hunter instincts to prospect, cultivate, and close RIAs, building LCM’s private real estate offerings as a core allocation.

The ideal candidate has an existing RIA network and a track record of raising capital in a distributed advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
• 7–10 years external-facing capital raising or RIA distribution experience.
• Existing network of RIA relationships to activate quickly.
• Deep understanding of how independent RIAs evaluate, approve, and allocate to alternative investments, incl. private real estate.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 65 licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cultivate, and close relationships with independent RIAs.
• Build and own LCM’s RIA distribution channel.
• Travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IR, and investment teams on messaging.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
