Job summary

Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Director of Sales to drive business development and asset growth across the United States, focusing on RIAs, Family Offices, and Wirehouses. The role requires leadership in fundraising across public and private investment solutions.

You will cultivate strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to expand product distribution across West Coast, Midwest, and Texas.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Asset Management Sales, Fund Distribution, Institutional Sales, Wealth Management, or related financial services roles.
• Proven track record of raising assets and building relationships with RIAs, Family Offices, and/or Wirehouses.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and capital markets.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• CFA, CIMA, CAIA, or CFP designations are highly valued.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
