Job summary

Escalent, a data analytics and advisory firm, is seeking an Insights Manager for Health & Life Sciences. You will lead insights development and storytelling, owning data analysis and reporting phases for client projects.

Responsibilities include designing study approaches, creating surveys, ensuring quality questionnaires, interpreting findings with the Client Management team, and delivering client-ready deliverables that tie research to business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in business, market analysis, or market research.
• Proficiency in at least 1 data analysis package (e.g., SPSS, Qualtrics).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills, time management and attention to detail abilities.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Present insights that address the client or industry’s needs.
• Apply analytical techniques and tools.
• Create client-ready materials on time.
• Ensure quality of and approve programmed questionnaires.
• Analyze results and interpret findings with the Client Management team.
• Write reports or deliverables that relate findings to business objectives.
