Escalent is seeking a Senior Qualtrics CX & Insights Specialist to join our Consumer & Retail team. This senior individual-contributor role sits at the intersection of Qualtrics platform management, market research execution, and client-facing insights.
It is a distinctly broader and more technical position than a traditional Insights role, requiring both deep platform expertise and a consultative mindset needed to partner directly with clients.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Qualtrics experience with depth in dashboard development and survey programming.
- Proven experience building interactive, client-facing dashboards for multi-wave studies.
- Strong understanding of quantitative survey data, crosstabs, and weighting.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client-facing Qualtrics dashboards and ensure KPI consistency across waves.
- Program surveys and ensure data structures support downstream dashboards and reporting.
- Troubleshoot across the Qualtrics platform and connected systems; provide practical solutions.
- Governance, documentation, and process improvement for enterprise use.
