The Sr. Strategic Insights Manager will transform complex data into actionable insights that help life sciences clients address strategic business challenges and make informed decisions. Working at the intersection of data analytics, scientific expertise, and client consulting, you will serve as a trusted subject matter expert and strategic partner. You will lead discovery initiatives, develop tailored analytical solutions, and deliver compelling data visualizations that demonstrate value and support client objectives. In close collaboration with clients, account teams, leadership, and technical specialists, you will help optimize platform experiences and identify opportunities for continued growth. Accountabilities

• Serve as a key member of account teams, acting as a subject matter expert in life sciences data and client business needs.
• Apply data analysis to solve complex business challenges, particularly those involving scientific expert engagement and strategic collaboration.

• Create tailored analyses, data visualizations, and insights that improve the user platform experience and demonstrate value.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the life sciences industry, preferably in data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with clients to deliver data-driven solutions that address business challenges.
• Strong capabilities in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead collaborative initiatives, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic, analytical mindset and a strong understanding of the life sciences industry, including drug development, therapeutic interventions, and key stakeholders.
• Strong active listening, relationship-building, and influencing skills to support productive client partnerships.
• Familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and scientific expert engagement strategies is a plus.
