Job summary

The Cascarella Agency in Savannah, GA is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a client-facing, commission-based role. You will handle outbound inquiries from interested customers, guide them through the purchase process, and close sales while delivering excellent service.

No cold calling and warm leads are provided to focus on conversion. This is a flexible position with full-time or part-time options, a structured training program, and a supportive team environment designed to help you

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable selling while servicing customers.
• Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence.
• Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational.
• Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus (but not required).
