Job summary

The Cascarella Agency is hiring inside sales representatives to engage with warm, interested prospects and guide them through the buying process. This remote role offers full-time or part-time schedules and a 100% commission structure with no cold calling.

You will follow up on inquiries, explain products clearly, identify customer needs, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional and confident phone presence.

• Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
