The Cascarella Agency is hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to connect with warm leads who have already shown interest in our products and services. This remote role offers full-time and part-time options, with no cold calling and a 100% commission structure.

You will follow up on inquiries, explain products clearly, and identify customer needs to guide them through the purchasing process, closing sales while delivering excellent service. Training and ongoing support are provided.
