Motion Industries USA, NC - Remote is seeking a CSR Specialist who handles non-routine calls, provides technical guidance, and supports inside sales to ensure accurate, complete orders and satisfied customers.

Under minimal direction, you will build relationships within customer organizations, resolve inquiries, quote and process orders by phone, fax, email or walk-in, and help maintain inventory levels while negotiating prices to protect Motion's gross profit.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelors degree and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, quote, and take orders via phone, fax, email, electronic methods or walk-in.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on one or more technical products.
• Proactively generate sales by promoting Motion's products to existing customers.
• Influence Motion's Gross Profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price within parameters.
• Maintain relationships with current and potential customers, ensure billing and collection.
• Place orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• May place orders up to $25,000 per line and $50,000 per Purchase Order.
• Expedite backorders and prepare orders for shipment.
• Source products in various inventories.
• Determine cost-effective methods to fulfill orders.
• Handle customer returns.
• Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching to less experienced representatives.
• Assist with addressing customer needs with technical expertise.
