Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Specialty product knowledge from warehouse and inside sales experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and process quotes and orders by phone, fax, email, or walk-in.
Serve as SME on technical products and promote Motion's offerings.
Negotiate pricing and maintain profitability.
Maintain relationships, billing, and timely customer requests.
Place and manage orders to maintain inventory levels.
Collaborate with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coach and guide junior staff.
