Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes and takes orders via phone, fax, email, or in person.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert on one or more technical products and supports processes to maximize efficiency.
• Promotes Motion’s products to existing customers and negotiates pricing within parameters to protect gross profit.
• Maintains relationships with customers, resolves queries, and handles billing and collections.
• Manages inventory and orders to maintain stock levels and fulfill customer needs.
• May place orders up to $25,000 per line and $50,000 per PO without additional approval.
• Expedites backorders, pulls inventory, and prepares orders for shipment.
• Sourcing products across branch, DC, or supplier inventories and determining cost-effective fulfillment methods.
• May handle customer returns and collaborates with Account Representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced CSRs and assists with technical inquiries.
