Chemspire Ingredients is seeking an Inside Sales & Support Representative to back our field sales team, manage house accounts, and support lead generation. You will enter contacts, samples, quotes, and opportunities in Dynamics CRM and collaborate with the regional team. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

The role requires strong organization, 2-5 years in sales, and comfort talking to customers and teams to drive growth in a chemical-focused portfolio.

Qualifications

BA/BS from accredited institution.
2-5 years of experience in sales or inside sales/support.
Comfortable handling large amounts of account information.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics.
Strong communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews on house accounts.
Support sales team to grow existing accounts and lead generation.
Monitor accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
Document quotes, samples, and opportunities in CRM.
Communicate with customers to maintain relationships.
Align with team on mailers, emails blasts, and webinars.
