GOLD SUN CHEMICALS LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to maintain and grow customer relationships while driving revenue in the chemical sector. This full-time, remote role offers standard hours and home-office setup; occasional site visits may occur.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inside sales for chemical industry.
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customer representatives that drive long-term business growth and customer loyalty.
• Day to day tasks include processing customer requests and issuing quotes that align with sales strategy and customer needs, owning and tracking all opportunities in company CRM system, and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and logistics to execute sales.
• The Inside Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and represent the company’s values and service standards in every interaction.
