Job summary

IDEXX is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to support veterinary practices via inbound calls and emails. You’ll guide conversations with discovery-based questions, recommending IDEXX solutions and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

This is a phone-focused role with order processing as a component, requiring strong communication and curiosity to meet customer needs. Training starts November 16, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical information to customers.
• Comfortable working in a phone-based consultative sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders across multiple channels (phone, fax, email).
• Build credibility with domestic veterinary customers using discovery to tailor recommendations.
• Answer questions about orders, shipping, and IDEXX platforms.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles in Salesforce.com.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage inbound inquiries and trainings.
