Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Support Representative to support veterinary customers remotely across the United States. You will handle inbound calls and emails, fulfill orders for diagnostic products, and use Salesforce to maintain customer records.

You will provide an exceptional customer experience, discover needs, and recommend IDEXX solutions. Training starts November 16, 2026, with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French required.
• Sales, customer service and/or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to absorb and articulate technical information.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders for diagnostic products via phone, fax, and email.
• Discover customer needs and recommend IDEXX products and services.
• Answer questions about ordering, shipping, and IDEXX online platforms.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles in Salesforce.com.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Handle inbound calls and emails; participate in trainings and development.
