Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; new graduates with GPA ≥3.2 considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and develop growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Collaborate with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams.
• Drive revenue by promoting Waters instrumentation, informatics, consumables, and service.
• Maintain pipeline and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews with laboratory stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration, retention, and share.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Present territory performance and pipeline updates to sales leadership.
• Support product launches and cross-functional projects.
• Build strong customer relationships for long-term growth.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with field sales and cross-functional partners.
• Continuously develop commercial, technical, and industry knowledge.
