Job summary

AppleOne is seeking an Inside Sales Compliance Specialist to drive new business into monthly or annual subscriptions through warm outbound calls and consultative selling. The role includes virtual training, company-provided equipment, and commission potential in a remote, goal-driven environment.

You will identify decision-makers, present HR compliance solutions, and close sales in a high-volume setting while maintaining CRM accuracy and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Outbound telesales to sell HR compliance products and services.
• Manage conversations from needs assessment through close.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Meet daily call volume, conversion, revenue, and call quality targets.
• 1–2 years of recent sales experience and meeting a monthly quota.
• Experience in outbound/tele sales or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume warm outbound calls to upgrade, cross-sell, renew, or convert services.
• Identify decision-makers and assess HR compliance needs to present solutions.
• Explain product value clearly and professionally to customers.
• Close sales in a one-call close environment while achieving targets.
• Keep CRM updated with interactions, follow-ups, and order details.
• Participate in coaching and training to improve call quality and close rates.
