Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and handling inbound calls.
• Promotes products and facilitates customer needs by assessing qualification and explaining benefits.
• Resolves customer concerns by providing information about products and services.
• Records customer information and maintains database by entering required data.
• Ensures quality service by following company policies and compliance standards.
• Facilitates sales by sharing information with internal and external contacts.
• Completes and validates insurance benefits.
• Provides customer follow-up as required.
• Contributes to departmental objectives by tracking and reporting sales results.
