Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join a remote team serving clients in and around Welkom. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales through phone, email, and video conferencing, driving revenue growth for the client in the Free State.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in a target-driven, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or related sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong persuasive abilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed quotas in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential customers via outbound calls and emails.
• Qualify leads and assess needs to present relevant products.
• Conduct virtual product demos and provide detailed information to prospects.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
• Collaborate with external sales team for smooth handover and follow-up.
