Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative to support business development from a remote location. This role focuses on pipeline generation, lead qualification and established customer engagement with no direct territory management.

You will liaise with Business Development and Project Managers, conduct outbound calls and email campaigns, and coordinate with marketing and technical teams to maintain data integrity and drive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business Development and Project Managers to identify and execute key customer support activities
• Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients across targeted industries
• Execute structured prospecting campaigns using call lists, CRM data, marketing inputs
• Execute email outreach campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives
• Manage consistent follow up schedules to maintain prospect engagement
• Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, opportunities
• Coordinate closely with marketing, sales leadership, technical teams
• Share market feedback, prospect insights, campaign performance
• Attend conferences and events as assigned
• Travel anticipated to be 10%
