The Cascarella Agency in Miami is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert warm leads and guide prospects through the purchase process. This role is sales-focused and customer-service oriented, with no cold calling and leads provided for you to call interested customers.

You will articulate product benefits, ask discovery questions, and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Full-time or part-time schedules are available and training is provided.

Qualifications

We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to handle outbound calls from customers already interested in our products and services.

This is a sales-focused customer service role, where your job is to confidently guide callers through the purchase process and help them choose the best solution for their needs.
