The Cascarella Agency in Charlotte, NC is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a full-time or part-time, commission-based role. You will handle outbound calls from warm leads who have already expressed interest in our products and services.

Your focus is guiding callers through the purchase process and recommending suitable solutions to meet their needs. There is no cold calling, comprehensive training, and a clear sales process to follow.

Full-Time or Part Time Available | Sales-Driven Role

We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to handle outbound calls from customers already interested in our products and services.

This is a sales-focused customer service role, where your job is to confidently guide callers through the purchase process and help them choose the best solution for their needs.

No cold calling. Leads available for purchase to call interested customers only

What You’ll Be Doing

• Call and approach potential, interested clients by calling them back after they inquire

• Walk customers step-by-step through the purchasing process
