Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in life sciences or related field with proven goals achievement.
• Experience in rare diseases is preferred.
• High learning agility and ability to work independently/remotely.
• Proven sales success in a competitive market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Willingness to work in multiple time zones and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers.
• Provide approved product information and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products, features, benefits, and data.
• Communicate effectively with customers, conveying technical and clinical information clearly.
• Utilize CRM tools to document activities and opportunities.
• Track progress against targets and identify opportunities or challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
