Job summary

Amplity, a full-service go-to partner for biopharma, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive remote sales with HCPs and healthcare organizations. The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and alignment with organizational goals in a remote/virtual setting.

The base salary is $75K–$78K, plus bonus potential, with comprehensive benefits and PTO. Candidates should leverage pharma/healthcare sales experience to grow the team and meet quotas across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in life sciences or related with proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Rare disease preferred
• High learning agility
• Self-starter able to successfully work independently and remotely
• Proven sales success in a competitive market
• Highly engaging, and influential communicator
• Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in multiple time zones as needed
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations.
• Develop and nurture relationships with HCPs and with key decision-makers
• Provide approved information and about assigned products, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the assigned product (s) including features, benefits, and scientific data.
• Communicate effectively with customers, conveying technical and clinical aspects of products in an understandable manner.
• Utilize CRM tools to document and track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
• Track progress against targets and highlighting potential opportunities or challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams as appropriate to deliver seamless customer experience.
